Our hearts are filled with sadness to see the aftermath of the recent Maui wildfires. But, seeing many people across the world responding brings hope. The island of Maui and its people are in desperate need of your help. You can choose to give to these two funds: Tatiana and Family Fund (Maui Christian Church) and HOPEworldwide's Disaster Response Fund. The Tatiana and Family Fund was organized by the Maui Christian Church to support Tatiana of the Maui Christian Church and her ʻohana since they lost everything to the wildfire in Lāhainā. HOPEworldwide is an international organization working with the Hawaiʻi churches and organizations to plan the best response to the wildfires. The Firefighter Relief Fund is an emergency fund organized by ʻĀina Momona in partnership with the Maui Firefighters' Relief Association for first responders - including firefighters, lifeguards, and EMTs - who have been directly impacted by the Maui wildfires. All funds raised will be disbursed directly to the affected first responders and their ʻohana. Mahalo for considering giving to one of these funds.
